Life is really tough sometimes, I get it!
Whether you are struggling with a relationship issue with your partner, or somebody else important in your life; or you would like some strategies or techniques to help you manage anxiety and/or depression; or sadly if you have experienced the loss of a loved one, counselling can help make a difference. I would be honoured to support you in whatever challenge you are facing right now.
I specialise in working with relationships - in whatever form they come in - with anxiety and/or depression, and with grief and loss. I have lost loved ones and know first hand how tough it is to negotiate life when you have a big hole inside of you. But I also know that there is hope that you can get through this, as tough as it may be.
I am also experienced in working with those who have lost someone to suicide.
